I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your order. If you receive it, and are not happy with it, returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of the item. Item must be in new condition, and ready to be resold. Please contact me in advance of the return so that we can put a plan in place for a refund or replacement item. Unfortunately, due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my products, I will not be able to replace any damaged or defective items with another "off-the-shelf." In the event of damage in transit, or manufacturing defect discovered within the first 30 days, I will arrange for return to me for repair. If the item is unable to be repaired, there will be a discussion about refund or a substitute item.
